Sri Ram Company is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of items by the courier service and also broken/spoilage of items occurred as the result of improper handling of the package by the courier company for the normal or delayed delivery.

No refund or exchange of items will be made for such instances that are beyond the direct control of improper as well as negligent handling.

Sri Ram Company won’t repay the money due to mishaps which occured after delivery and we wont accept returnings and exchangings.

Sri Ram Company asks their customers to read out the product description, notify best before to use on every order. Customer should well known about Transit time and life time of a food product.
